H&M is already set to release two new designer lines next year. They're second collaboration with Versace (a spring collection) and now news of collaboration with Marni.The collections release date is March 8th and includes womens & menswear as well as shoes and a complete line of accessories.
"I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favorite pieces in signature fabrics and prints, As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colors, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic adding sporty utilitarian elements." -Consuelo Castiglioni
 "For women, the colors are vivid and the prints are bold, be they African inspired or simpler color blocks. The silhouettes are all Marni staples, with full pleated skirts, dresses, cropped trousers and jacquard knit, and fabrics range from silk to crisp cotton poplin. For men, the colors and fabrics are softened for a relaxed take on menswear staples that is truly Marni. The use of print is subtle, often as a lining or as a contrast detail for shirts, the silhouette a modern and relaxed take on masculine classics."

Knits!

Fall is finally upon us and it's starting to cool down a bit, although not by much. But hey, at least i can begin to wear sweaters comfortably. So- lets talk knitwear! My absolute must-have is this Marc by Marc Jacobs Striped sweater, these colors and tones are playing a big part of my fall/winter wardrobe. Price wise it isn't bad at all, but for a seventeen year old student it's a bit much. So my alternative? This Two-Tone/Color Blocked acrylic sweater from Zara which will cost you about a fifth of the Marc Jacobs.

Our necks and northern regions feel the cold as well and i am a Huge scarf lover. I'm a bit obsessed, I've been known to wear a few at the same time because i just can't help it! They're so warm and welcoming.
I've got my 'essentials' already so I've been on the hunt for something a bit more unique like this piece from Topman. The buttons are the perfect accent. And again toned down, darker shades of color. If you're not feeling the buttoned neck warmer I'd look into a simple, classic, and easy cotton scarf. My favorite? Scotch & Soda's Heavy Knit.

Current obsessions;

Versace/H&M: We're all hyped about Versace's collection with H&M which launches this weekend and I have not been able to get it off my mind! Donatella dove into the archives and brought Gianni out which proved absolutely wonderful. Versace is more attainable than ever, but who's gonna be waiting in line the night before?

Rachel Zoe: Stylist, Reality television star and Designer. Rachel seems to have everything going for her. My love for her began at the beginning of The Rachel Zoe Project's fourth running season. What's more fun than watching a beautiful & talented woman style celebrities and launch her first fashion line? Not to mention she was pregnant and hired a new employee who is very easy on the eyes (; ahah. Rachel is somewhat known for her mannerisms, voice and little phrases so i couldn't help but fall out of my chair watching this video of her being portrayed.
